Think District Holding
Think District Holding was a 50-50% joint venture between REDC and Equity Estate, created in March 2020 for the acquisition and development of the IBM Campus in Amsterdam.
The mixed use development consists of approx. 65,000 sqm of offices and 130,000 sqm of residential space, which development is scheduled for the coming years.
The acquisition of the IBM European Headquarters and surrounding land was completed in March 2022, followed by the divestment of Equity Estate’s 50% share in Think District Holding BV.
