Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Enrico is Equity Estate’s founder and CEO since 1997. His extensive background as managing director for Capa City Realty NV and other listed and non-listed real estate vehicles after his work at the Dutch Tax Authorities, brings all qualities needed as CEO of Equity Estate. Enrico is responsible for overall management and is point of contact for our partners. Together with the COO he is involved in business development

Jolande Lansink

Office Manager

Jolande is co-founder of Equity Etate and is Enrico’s PA since 1994. She supports the team in every possible way and contributes in managing the office. Jolande makes sure the high quality standards of Equity Estate are being met at every level. Prior to Equity Estate she worked for Capa City Realty, EMPS and the Dutch pension fund PGGM 

Ghalied dinali

Controller

Since 2011, Ghalied is working for Equity Estate as Financial Controller. He has the final responsibility for administration, accounting and financial reporting of all entities Equity Estate is managing. Ghalied started his career at Equity Estate in 2008 as financial employee while he was still studying economics. In only a few years he managed to become a Financial Controller.

Eda Turker

Controller

Eda is a junior controller and started her career at Equity Estate in September 2016, after graduating at the University of Amsterdam, MSc Accountancy & Control. She supports the controller in any financial aspect. Eda aims to become a controller and being responsible for all financial tasks.

Joris Bal

Legal Counsel

Joris has over 15 years of experience in the legal and real estate industry. He previously worked at a.o. Van Doorne NV. At Equity Estate Joris services partners with all legal issues that arise in acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, (re-)financing, etc.

Nard Schuddebeurs

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Nard joined Equity Estate in 2015. As COO he is responsible for the asset management of the complete portfolio and for business development. Nard has a lot of experience in real estate in very diverse roles. Most recently he worked for ING Real Estate as head of Cofiton BV, other former employers are JLL and Troostwijk Makelaars OG. 

Hendrik van Duijn

Asset Manager

Hendrik joined Equity Estate in June 2021 as Asset Manager and he is responsible for various assets in the Netherlands. Prior to joining Equity Estate he worked in the insurance industry for 4.5 years focussing on advising Real Estate investors in the field of risk- and insurance management.

Koen Janssen

Asset Manager

Koen joined Equity Estate as Asset Manager in November 2022 and he is responsible for several assets in the Netherlands. Before joining Equity Estate, he worked for nearly 6.5 years at Cushman & Wakefield as a real estate agent and valuer.
